I offer these sessions both online via Zoom and In Person from Manchester M24. These sessions are recorded so you can listen back to them.

Whilst a single session is powerful as a starting point and will support you with Healing and shifting through a lot, if you are looking to make some changes in your life it is much more supportive to book a package. It takes time to reprogram your mind and accountability can also be very important.

I recommend booking a single session if you haven’t worked with me before and then if you feel called to go deeper we can go from there.
