✨ They will do anything to keep the people around them happy but this can lead to them putting themselves last and feelings of being unfulfilled.

I’m Amy,
I’m a Coach and Healer for Starseeds and Sensitive Souls and I’d love to share a little about why I do what I do.
Ever since I can remember, I have been able to feel other people's emotions and ‘see’ energy.
For a long time, I thought this was ‘normal’ until I found myself in many relationships and work situations that ended with me feeling depleted, lost, drained, and heartbroken.
In 2014 everything came to a head and I went through a nervous breakdown that left me debilitated with panic attacks and insomnia to the point where I couldn’t even leave my house. This then led to a spiritual awakening and dark night of the soul that lasted for many years.
This was after spending a long time working in high-pressure corporate work environments and going through the unexpected break up of a long-term relationship. Even though I knew this person wasn’t right for me and it was an extremely unhealthy connection I still felt devastated and abandoned by the loss.
Whilst I was receiving lots of therapy and taking medication during this time I knew that there was something else missing and it was only able to take me so far in my healing.
I then decided to go on a path of self-discovery. During my research, I came across the term ‘Empath’ and everything in my life suddenly made sense!
I began to explore the world of energy healing. Even though I knew I had always been aware of energy it was only when I began to understand how it worked that I was truly able to change my life!
I was able to fully heal myself, come off the medication, change my work to something more supportive, and manifest a business I love with incredible soulmate clients and call in fulfilling relationships as well as magnetising money and many other creative dream opportunities such as dancing at some epic gigs.
I also fell head over heels in love with Coaching and went through several programs and schools!
I felt a HUGE desire to share everything I had learned with other Souls that were having similar struggles and felt stuck in their patterns.
I truly believe when a highly sensitive empathic person becomes empowered they can change the world with the frequency of love and compassion they hold!
The Program
This is not a structured course it is a Coaching Program that is tailored to your specific and individual needs and I will intuitively channel through what is needed for you both before and during the course.

This Coaching Program is delivered by Zoom Video Call. It is 4 x 1 hour coaching sessions with me. You will receive a recording of your call so that you can watch it back and integrate the energy frequency and transformations.
These sessions are highly supportive and transformational. You will receive homework every week to keep you on track and recommended reading resources.

This programs is easily worth £3k compared to other programs I have done where I did not receive this level of suppport.
It is important to me get this into as many hands of beautiful souls as possible at an affordable amount.
