I have been exploring Light Language for about a year and I don’t know where I would be in this part of my spiritual evolution without the compassionate assistance of Amy Goodwin.

But before any of those ‘titles’, I was someone who doubted herself deeply.

For years, I struggled to trust my voice. I felt unable to speak my truth in relationships, in public, and even to myself. Social anxiety was a huge part of my life — so much so that there were times I couldn’t leave the house for months.
